- · Hybrid Cloud Ownership: Own an Azure and OCI estate for a global pharmaceutical client — Oracle EBS and the OCI API Gateway provisioned with Terraform, released through Azure DevOps pipelines and fronted by Azure Application Gateway across five environments and roughly a thousand managed API routes.
- · Production Delivery: Took the OCI API Gateway to production, unblocking releases by correcting the deployment sequence and authentication configuration, and wrote the installation and operating runbooks the team now works from.
- · Platform Decommissioning: Led the retirement of the legacy API platform across all five environments under formal change control, proving from load balancer metrics and access logs that nothing live remained before dry-run-gated automation removed around 170 resources without touching production traffic.
- · Tenancy Governance: Diagnosed an IAM policy ceiling that was blocking pre-production Terraform applies and drove the remediation with Oracle Support, through both a service limit increase and a policy reduction strategy.
- · Networking & Reliability: Resolve certificate lifecycle issues across Azure Application Gateway and OCI Certificates, troubleshoot pipeline and integration failures on both clouds, and provide hypercare analysis for the deployed infrastructure.
- · Technical Interviewer: Run technical screens for Senior AI Engineer, Senior Data Engineer and Cloud Engineering Lead roles, grounded in hands-on work in each.
